Resources and Helplines

This page brings together resources, guidance, and support to help people recognise abuse, respond appropriately, and access further help when needed.

Some of these resources are designed to support parish safeguarding practice, while others provide information or direct support for individuals who may be affected by abuse or safeguarding concerns. You are not expected to read or use everything on this page — these resources are here to support you when they are helpful.

You can use as much or as little of this information as feels helpful. There is no expectation to read everything or to take action before you are ready. If you are unsure what you need, or would like to talk something through, the Safeguarding Team is always happy to help.
