Working together to care for God’s creation
Our vision is that by 2030, the buildings of the Church of England Birmingham will be bright and welcoming, consuming much less energy and emitting less carbon than they do now. And that will be good for the people who use the buildings, and good for the whole of creation.
This section provides advice for churches considering how to make their buildings more environmentally sustainable and reduce their carbon emissions.
Our work towards Net Zero Carbon is a part of our wider goal to care for the environment and respond to the global climate emergency. Click here for the website section with information and resources on how to care for God’s creation as churches and individuals.
