Assistance and support in developing and implementing projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
- Carry out property inspections and oversee the management of Quinquennial Inspection functions including: the identification of building defects and recommended remedial solutions;
- Oversee the management of vacant properties, ensuring that clergy houses are let to maximise income during an interregnum and that the annual budget is delivered;
- Oversee ingoing and outgoing meetings with clergy and Archdeacons. Lead and manage clergy housing improvement projects as required;
- Assist with implementing various programmes of planned, cyclical and legislative maintenance for clergy housing based upon the five-yearly inspection quinquennial inspection reports.

Organise Church property reactive repairs and maintenance on behalf of PCCs, which will involve managing a wide range of suppliers and building contractors.
