- Guidance and support on the management, maintenance and development of all church buildings, churchyards and faculty permissions

Assistance and support to churches in developing action plans working towards net zero carbon

Assistance and support in developing and implementing projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
- Carry out property inspections and oversee the management of Quinquennial Inspection functions including: the identification of building defects and recommended remedial solutions
- Oversee the management of vacant properties, ensuring that clergy houses are let to maximise income during an interregnum and that the annual budget is delivered
- Oversee ingoing and outgoing meetings with clergy and Archdeacons. Lead and manage clergy housing improvement projects as required
- Assist with implementing various programmes of planned, cyclical and legislative maintenance for clergy housing based upon the five-yearly inspection quinquennial inspection reports

Organise Church property reactive repairs and maintenance on behalf of PCCs, which will involve managing a wide range of suppliers and building contractors
