General Maintenance Services - The Parish of Lickey with Blackwell
22nd October 2021
The Parish of Lickey with Blackwell (the Parish) is a busy Church of England community which covers the residential areas surrounding the Lickey Hills country park and the village of Blackwell, both of which lie between the southern border of the City of Birmingham and the village of Barnt Green, which is a separate parish. The Parish has two churches – Holy Trinity, Lickey and St Catherine’s in Blackwell. Our Vicar is the Revd. Sheri Gidney. This is a request for proposals for general maintenance services relating to the two churches, their associated buildings and grounds.

Children’s and Families’ Missioner - Coleshill and Polesworth Deanery
22nd October 2021
The diocese of Birmingham is an area that is young, culturally diverse, creative, dynamic and constantly changing. In the midst of the political, economic, social and environmental changes, God is at work, inside and outside the church. Since 2009, our Transforming Church strategy has been shaping our vision across the Church of England in Birmingham, guiding us to be a more inclusive Church that is growing ‘larger, wider, deeper and younger’: a Church that is a transforming presence at the heart of our communities. Our Transforming Church strategy has its heart in local parishes and in all forms of growth: numerical, spiritual and transformational. We have identified seven Areas of Transformation, alongside Ten Diocesan Goals.
