As the Communications and Operations Manager, you will bring expertise and confidence that allows you to hit the ground running. You will develop and maintain effective systems, supporting staff and volunteers to enable Lighthouse Church to serve and reach the wider community. You will work closely with both Lead Pastors and interact with all areas of church life and governance. You will have oversight of operational matters, balancing the needs of various ministries and central functions.

We need a Jesus- centered, creative person to join us at this early point in our formation to take responsibility for what is already in place and continue to develop discipleship for children at Lighthouse and in our community.
