In 2019 Church Army went into partnership with Church of England Birmingham to launch the Langley Centre of Mission in the West Midlands. Evangelists Val Legg and Simeon Jarvis worked alongside local volunteers to develop the work, which included a new worshipping community of disciples called ‘Living Well’. Val and now Simeon have left the Centre of Mission and therefore Church Army and the Diocese have agreed to close the Centre of Mission.
We give thanks for the partnership between Church of England Birmingham and Church Army, for the ministry that both evangelists have offered within Langley, for those who served their community through the Centre of Mission, and for those who have come to faith. Please continue to remember them all in your prayers.
