The Foundation of Lady Katherine Leveson at Temple Balsall is seeking a Parish Administrator for St. Mary’s Church to provide administrative and secretarial support to the parish.
The Diocesan Safeguarding Officer (DSO) is responsible for advising, supporting and holding to account those with specific safeguarding responsibilities, including the Bishop, senior staff, those responsible for the care of children and vulnerable adults as well as the wider church where safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

St Mary’s Church Selly Oak seeks a fixed-term Operations Coordinator to support the growth of the church by setting up systems and practices that can be run by a Parish Administrator. This post is designed to run for 3 months, at 12 hours a week, though the length and hours can be adjusted to suit the right appointee. This is an exciting post for someone with experience of working as a Parish Administrator, setting up new systems, setting and achieving goals.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part time administrator (21 hours a week) to join our current support team in the provision of a breadth of high-level administrative and practical support (as decided by the lead officers); to the Diocesan Director of Education; and to the Diocesan Board of Education and its governance boards and meetings.
